What this actually does

You log a block of free time — how long, how much energy you have, whether you want company or to be alone — and it suggests something worth doing with it. Over time, if you let it, it notices your own patterns: what energy you tend to have at a given time of day, what you keep coming back to, whether you lean toward solo or social time. Nothing here is trying to optimize your life. It's just trying to make the fifteen minutes you have less likely to disappear into a scroll you didn't choose.

If you turn on the social features

Everything social in this app is opt-in and anonymous by design, not as an afterthought. An "open to connect" signal shows other users a time-based label, never your name. A match tag — "also wants company," say — only ever appears when both people have separately agreed to show it; one-sided opt-in shows nothing. The chat is a shared room tied to a time of day, not a private message to a specific person. And nothing here does private matching or introductions between strangers — that was asked for while building this and deliberately left out, because an anonymous account system with no age or identity verification isn't a safe foundation for that, regardless of how it's framed.

I have a problem — generic, level-headed guidance for household situations (locked out, wildlife in the yard, and a few others). Not real-time, not a substitute for an actual emergency number.
